Method
How We Approach It
We start from the process, not the screens. Before anything is designed we sit with the people who currently do the work by hand and find out where it breaks.
The build runs in working checkpoints. You see something you can click at every stage rather than one reveal at the end, which is when scope problems are cheapest to fix.
Delivery includes training for the staff who will operate the system daily. A platform nobody has been taught to use is a platform that gets abandoned.
