Cloud Infrastructure and Security
Systems that hold institutional data need to stay up, stay patched, and stay recoverable. That is an operational commitment, not a one-off deployment.
In short
Cloud provisioning and migration, managed hosting, security assessment and hardening, and ongoing operational support.
Scope
What It Covers
Provisioning and migration
Cloud environment design and migration off on-premise or unmanaged hosting.
Managed hosting
Monitoring, patching, backup and recovery, with defined recovery objectives.
Security assessment
Configuration review, access control and least privilege, dependency and vulnerability management.
Operational support
Ongoing support after go-live, with a named team rather than a ticket queue.
Method
How We Approach It
Residency and hosting location are architecture decisions we take at design time, not compliance questions asked before launch. Where data sits determines which law protects it.
Backup and recovery are specified with real objectives and then tested. An untested backup is a hope.
We hand over runbooks and access, not a dependency. If you want to bring operations in house later, that should be a decision rather than a renegotiation.
